Largest airlines' 1st flight to China

AA289, the first scheduled flight of American Airlines (AA), safely
arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on the afternoon of Apr.
3. AA opening nonstop flights to China marks that the world's largest
airlines has entered China's civil aviation market. In 2004, China and
the US signed a new set of extensive aviation service agreements, based
on which airlines flying between China and the US will double in number.
