HK to issue free newspaper

Sing Tao News Corporation Limited President Ho Kwok-chu (R) announced at
a press conference on the 13th that the company would issue a free
newspaper "Express Weekly" on Saturdays from Sept. 17th. He believes that
the Hong Kong free newspaper market has great potential of development.
