Foreigners celebrate New Year in Shanghai

Foreigners living in Shanghai's Changning District celebrated the coming
of the Spring Festival together with local residents on Jan. 21.
Shanghai, as an international metropolis, has attracted more and more
foreigners who have melted themselves into the life in Shanghai and
