Harbin Ice & Snow World opened

The 7th Ice and Snow World officially opened to visitors in Harbin,
Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province December 24, 2005. 2000 ice
sculptures in eight miniatures of Russian landmarks was on display during
the annual event themed "China-Russia Friendship."
