Grade-five pupils of Hongqiao Primary School in Bishidu Town, E'zhou,
Hubei received new textbooks free of charge on Aug. 30. Hongqiao Village
in E'zhou's Bishidu Town has exempted the enrolment fee of
poverty-stricken pupils and will halve the enrolment fee of over 440
pupils of school age in the village this autumn so that none of the
pupils in the village will drop out from school. At present, all schools
in China is about to commence their new semester.
